Tapa has been certified as organic by the Soil Association and you can be confident that there products are free of artificial flavours, bulking agents,chemical “improvers” and GM ingredients –  don’t use anything you wouldn’t use at home.

It takes time to release the nutrients from the seeds, flours and grains so time is what we give each loaf; after all, nutrition is what you want from a staple food like bread.  Slow fermentation also gives the sourdoughs and yeasts plenty of time to break down the gluten in the dough so each loaf is full of flavour and easy on the digestion.
